REFUND POLICY FOR PRODUCTS

There are some policies which we follow:

·         Shipping costs will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that are not being returned.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products in the country in which they were purchased subject to the following conditions:

·         Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.

·         Item(s) must be unused with all original tags/labels attached.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.

Faulty

If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Kindly check with store for confirmation of products stocked. Your personal information will be used according to our Privacy Policy to process your refund or return.

Because of the nature of certain products and services sold or provided by Infatuation, the following items are non-returnable:

·         Delivery, installation, diagnostic and repair work, and other labor.

·         Gift cards and pre-paid cards.

·         Batteries, ink and other consumable items.

·         Items that are damaged or abused, missing any accessories, missing the UPC, or serial/identification numbers or are not in the original packaging.

·         Subscription services have their own, an individual cancellation policy which varies by service. Please consult the individual provider.

·         Software and similar items are not returnable once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened. Defective items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

·         If you receive a defective product, please contact the warranty provider for assistance. You will be required to send the product with its original packaging. The product and packaging must have matching part numbers, IMEI numbers, and serial numbers as indicated on your original order from Infatuation. The product will be inspected and tested and if deemed defective, the product may be repaired or replaced in the warranty provider’s sole discretion. If the product is not deemed defective, the product will be returned back to you at your sole expense.Product with cracked screens, tampered software, broken bezels, broken charging ports, as well as products that have been opened, charged with improper accessories or voltage, or sustained water damage are not considered defective. Please note that each product contains test indicators within the device that substantiate whether or not the device sustained water damage. the product should not have any wear and tear due to negligence.

REFUND POLICY FOR SERVICES

If you are not satisfied with the service provided by us, your money will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days after requesting for the refund of the money. The refunded amount will be excluded with the technician costs as he spends his working hours to resolve your issues.

The Money will be refunded in the following conditions:

·         If the customer is not satisfied with our services.

·         If the technician cannot resolve the issues.

·         If the customer applies to refund within 7 to 14 days after subscribe to our service items.
